Samrit Hotel Ltd. – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Samrit Hotel Ltd., we aim to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience for all our guests. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms for cancellations, refunds, and changes to your booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Free Cancellation:

• Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in without any charges.

1.2 Late Cancellation:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the first night’s rate.

1.3 No-Show Policy:

• Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged 100% of the first night’s rate.

1.4 Group Bookings:

• Special terms may apply for bookings of 5 rooms or more. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original method of payment.
2.2 Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
2.3 Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable; such conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

3. Modifications to Bookings

3.1 Guests may request changes to their reservation (dates, room type, number of guests).
3.2 Changes are subject to availability and may result in adjusted rates.
3.3 Any changes requested less than 48 hours before check-in may be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure)

4.1 In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), Samrit Hotel Ltd. reserves the right to:

• Offer an alternative booking at the hotel
• Provide a full or partial refund depending on the situation

4.2 The hotel will communicate promptly with guests in such events to provide solutions.
