At Samrit Hotel Ltd., we strive to make the
booking process simple, transparent, and secure. By making a reservation with
us, you agree to follow this Booking Policy.

Booking Methods
Guests can make a reservation through the
following channels:

Reservation Requirements
2.1 All bookings require:

Guest full name
·
Valid contact information (email and phone)
·
Check-in and check-out dates
·
Number of guests and rooms required
2.2 A valid form of identification (passport,
national ID, or driver’s license) must be presented upon check-in.
3.
Booking Confirmation
3.1 A reservation is confirmed only after the
hotel sends a confirmation
message via email, SMS, or phone.
3.2 Guests should verify all booking details (dates, room type, number of
guests) upon receiving confirmation.
4.
Payment
4.1 Payment is required at the time of booking
unless other arrangement have been made with management. Booking is only
confirmed upon payment.
4.2 Accepted payment methods:

Cash (GHS)

Credit/Debit Card
·
Mobile Money
4.3 Any special requests or extra services may incur additional charges payable
at check-in or check-out.
5.
Cancellations
5.1 Free cancellation is available up
to 48 hours before
arrival.
5.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in incur 50% of the first night’s rate.
5.3 No-show or failure to arrive without notice incurs 100% of the first night’s rate.
5.4 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method
within 5–7 business
days.
6.
Modifications to Booking
6.1 Any changes to reservation dates, room
types, or guest numbers must be requested in advance.
6.2 Modifications are subject to room availability and may affect pricing.
6.3 The hotel reserves the right to make adjustments in case of operational
constraints.
7.
Special Requests
7.1 Guests may indicate preferences (room
location, bed type, dietary requirements) when booking.
7.2 While we strive to accommodate requests, these are not guaranteed.

Check-In / Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request
and may incur additional charges.
9.
Children and Extra Guests
9.1 Children under 12 stay free when sharing
a room with parents.
9.2 Additional guests or extra beds may incur additional charges.
9.3 Guests must specify the total number of occupants at the time of booking.
10.
Hotel Rights
10.1 The hotel reserves the right to refuse a
booking or cancel a reservation if guest behavior violates hotel policies or
local laws.
10.2 In the event of overbooking or emergencies, the hotel will make every
effort to provide alternate accommodation of similar quality.
