Samrit Hotel Ltd. – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1st January, 2026
Welcome to Samrit Hotel Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By making a reservation or using our services, you (“guest”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. Reservation and Booking
1.1 All bookings must be confirmed by Samrit Hotel Ltd. via phone, email, or our official website.
1.2 A valid form of identification (passport, national ID, or driver’s license) is required at check-in.
1.3 Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from the hotel.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
2.1 Check-in time: 2:00 PM
2.2 Check-out time: 12:00 PM
2.3 Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and may incur additional charges.
2.4 Guests are requested to settle all bills before check-out.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment is required at check-in or as otherwise specified during the booking process.
3.2 Accepted payment methods: Cash (GHS), Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Money, or other approved methods.
3.3 All rates are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
4.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are subject to 50% of the first night’s rate.
4.3 No-shows will be charged 100% of the first night’s rate.
4.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
5.1 Guests must provide accurate personal information when booking.
5.2 Guests are responsible for the behavior of all accompanying persons.
5.3 Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms and designated non-smoking areas.
5.4 Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
5.5 Guests must respect hotel property and other guests. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
6. Liability
6.1 Samrit Hotel Ltd. is not liable for personal property loss, theft, or damage.
6.2 The hotel is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, power outages).
6.3 Guests accept responsibility for any injury or accident caused by failure to adhere to hotel rules.
7. Special Requests
7.1 Special requests (room preferences, dietary needs, accessibility) are subject to availability.
7.2 Samrit Hotel Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
8. Data Privacy
8.1 Guest information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Data may be shared with authorized service providers (payment processors, booking platforms) but will not be sold to third parties.
9. Hotel Rights
9.1 The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating hotel rules or engaging in illegal activities.
9.2 Management reserves the right to make changes to room allocation, rates, or services without prior notice in cases of operational necessity.
10. Force Majeure
Samrit Hotel Ltd. will not be liable for failure to perform its obligations if caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, labor disputes, or other emergencies.
11. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on our official website and will apply to all bookings and services.
